Admission Procedure

 

·        Admission to Kendriya Vidyalayas is done through 

1.     Admission Test

2.     On transfer from other Kendriya Vidyalaya.

 

·        Admission is drawn in priority wise .

 

·        31^st July is the last date for admission except when the student is on transfer from   Kendriya Vidyalaya.

 

·        Parent / Guardian will have to submit the Registration Form in the office in February for class I . The same should be submitted in the month of March for other classes. Registration forms are obtainable from the school office against a payment of Rs. 50/- in cash.

 

·        Admission test is conducted by the Vidyalaya on the dates notified by the Principal.

 

·        Admission is allowed after a student qualifies himself in the test and submits the T.C (except class I) from the previous school along with the Progress Report of the last Examination passed.

 

·        The admission test is held in the following subjects:

 

§        Primary class (I to V) – English,Hindi,Maths.

§        Class (VI to VIII) – English,Hindi,Maths and General knowledge

§        Class (IX) – English,Hindi,Maths.,General Science and S.St

§        Admission to class X is not usually given except to the student coming from other Vidyalayas.

 

·        The Principal will arrange Admission test and his decision on admission will be final.

 

·        The student should complete the age of 5 years on the first April of the year for admission to class I.The age for admission to other classes will be regulated accordingly.
